We stopped over Hanoi for the day and Luxurytours helped arranged a day tour for us. Mrs Sam ended up being our tour information and she is great. She was usually the one who helped plan our whole itinerary and arrange excellent places for dinner and take outs. The places Mrs Sam advisable were fantastic plus the day tour went by very smoothly. Mrs Sam is usually friendly, knowledgable and speaks very good English. I will hire them again just were to go to Hanoi again.
